With certifications as a Master Practitioner (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), Master Credentialed Coach (ICF) and accredited as a supervisor with the EMCC, EASC amongst other qualifications, I bring a wealth of experience to hold the space securely and creatively for each session.

As an ICF assessor, I guide coaches through the credentialing process with insight and support, helping you to refine your skills and meet the highest standards.

What is Coaching Supervision?

A safe, insightful space for co-creating a ‘super-vision’ of deeper, generative perspectives and growth through relational presence, reflective dialogue and creative exploration. Exploring WHO you are leads to better understanding of HOW you work and WHAT you do from a place of authenticity, awareness, values, strengths, flow and heart.

What is Mentoring for Coaches?

Coaching skills development in line with Core Competencies and ethical frameworks (E.g. ICF, EMCC, AC, etc). Mentoring includes recording sessions for practice, awareness, feedback and comparison against accreditation assessment markers. Developing your coaching style from this foundation to bring competencies to life authentically.

Supervision & Mentoring for Coaches

CPD is a necessary commitment for coaches to continually developing competencies, updating expertise, deepening understanding and keeping up to date with best professional practices and ethics. A necessity for coaching accreditation processes, but the real value lies in understanding who you are as a person and coach.
