Coaching Supervision & Mentoring

Coaching Supervision for Coaches Committed to Excellence

As a coach, your growth is inseparable from the growth of your clients. Supervision provides the reflective space to deepen awareness, strengthen practice and reconnect with the purpose that underpins your work. It is where coaches develop the capacity to be more present, creative and courageous in service of their clients’ transformation.

As an Accredited Master Supervisor with APECS, Master Practitioner with the EMCC, and Master Credentialed Coach (ICF) and with additional supervision accreditation through the EMCC and EASC, I bring extensive experience to create a supervision space that is both secure and alive with curiosity.

My approach to supervision is creative, integrative and deeply relational. Together, we explore what happens in and beneath your coaching conversations, inviting reflection, experimentation and growth. Supervision is not just about refining skills; it’s about evolving the coach behind the practice, so that every client benefits from a more grounded, present, self-aware and effective partnership.

Benefits of Supervision
with Gillian

Master Supervision is a space for transformation.
It goes beyond mentoring for credentialing—it’s a reflective partnership designed to deepen who you are as a coach and how you work in service of your clients.

Master supervision helps you evolve the coach within, ensuring your practice remains fresh, ethical, and profoundly in service to your clients.

What is Coaching Supervision?

A safe, insightful space for co-creating a ‘super-vision’ of deeper, generative perspectives and growth through relational presence, reflective dialogue and creative exploration. Exploring WHO you are leads to better understanding of HOW you work and WHAT you do from a place of authenticity, awareness, values, strengths, flow and heart.

What is Mentoring for Coaches?

Coaching skills development in line with Core Competencies and ethical frameworks (E.g. ICF, EMCC, AC, etc). Mentoring includes recording sessions for practice, awareness, feedback and comparison against accreditation assessment markers. Developing your coaching style from this foundation to bring competencies to life authentically.

Supervision & Mentoring for Coaches

CPD is a necessary commitment for coaches to continually developing competencies, updating expertise, deepening understanding and keeping up to date with best professional practices and ethics. A necessity for coaching accreditation processes, but the real value lies in understanding who you are as a person and coach.

Client Testimonials

Gillian has been a brilliant coach supervisor. After several years of being a Coach myself, it has been incredibly powerful to be “on the other side” and realise how many blind spots I still have, despite all the self-reflection I have been doing.

A few words to describe Gillian: Presence, Inspiration, Knowledge AND Fun!

I absolutely recommend all my fellow coaches to reach out to Gillian if they want to work on themselves and go to the next level in their coaching.
