What is Supervision
A safe, insightful space for co-creating a ‘super-vision’ of deeper, generative perspectives and growth through relational presence, reflective dialogue and creative exploration. Exploring WHO you are leads to better understanding of HOW you work and WHAT you do from a place of authenticity, awareness, values, strengths, flow and heart.
What is Mentoring
Coaching skills development in line with Core Competencies and ethical frameworks (E.g. ICF, EMCC, AC, etc). Mentoring includes recording sessions for practice, awareness, feedback and comparison against accreditation assessment markers. Developing your coaching style from this foundation to bring competencies to life authentically.
