My approach to life coaching

Coaching is not a long-term commitment as with therapy. It’s generally a short-term investment for far-reaching, life-long results. Some clients come to coaching with a short, specific goal. They succeed and leave with a new set of tools and resources.

Some clients return to coaching regularly when another situation calls for it.

Some clients, particularly Executives, enjoy having a regular, supportive and challenging sparring partner and understand the benefits of a coaching reflection space in their commitment to long-term professional development and authentic leadership.
